Notes: Harvest in Febrary-March. Hand picked grapes with 18kg buckets. Cluster and grape sorting in two separate tables. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Oak aging in new French oak barrels (Taransud) for 14 months.

Atamisque Assemblage 2007
50% Malbec, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot
Intense aromas of violets and red fruit jam, with hints of
dark chocolate. Excellent balance between acidity, fruit, oak and tannins.

Atamisque Cabernet Sauvignon 2007
Intense bright ruby color. Aromas and
flavors of red fruits, cocoa and hints of vanilla. Well-structured and balanced, with several layers of flavors in the finish.

Atamisque Malbec 2007
Dark purple color and aromas of blackberries, figs and subtle notes of tobacco. Full-bodied with round tannins and concentrated flavors of plums and dried red fruits in the finish. Hand-selected grapes from Atamisque’s unique 80-year-old vines.
